Alicia is a visionary, award-winning marketing leader known for revitalizing challenger brands and scaling both global and private equity-held businesses. She is currently the Global Head of Marketing and Digital for Galderma, the leading pure play dermatology company. In this role, Alicia leads brand marketing, integrated media, and digital innovation across Galderma’s $4 billion portfolio of consumer, aesthetic, and prescription brands, including Cetaphil, Restylane, Dysport, Sculptra, and Nemluvio. She recently worked on the largest IPO worldwide in Q1 2024, serving on Galderma’s IPO preparation team and hosting the listing day event on the Swiss stock exchange, live from Zurich. Additionally, Alicia sits on the advisory boards for Salesforce, Eversana Intouch, and miraDry, providing her expertise in the intersections of consumer goods, healthcare, and technology. Prior to joining Galderma, Alicia held various marketing leadership positions across L’Oréal USA, including SkinCeuticals, Lancôme, Kérastase, and Shu Uemura Art of Hair, working on new product launches, international market expansion, and commercial marketing. Alicia also worked at leading consumer technology firms Amazon and Microsoft, leading product marketing and advertising programs for Kindle and Microsoft Advertising respectively.

Alicia attended Howard University in Washington, D.C. and is originally from Oakland, CA. She is the recipient of many awards and recognitions, including Brand Innovators’ “40 Under 40 in Marketing,” Shopper Marketing’s “Who’s Who in E-Commerce,” and her work is featured in Gartner, AdAge, and TikTok. Alicia is active in community engagement as a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and a volunteer running coach for school-aged girls with Girls on the Run. Alicia is also the author of "Ahead of the Curve" LinkedIn industry newsletter, a gathering place to become better marketers and better humans. A lifelong athlete, she is a marathoner, triathlete, and snowboarder. Alicia and her newlywed husband also enjoy spending time with their mini Bernedoodle puppy.
